Having major probs with emails not being received via OneTel !
Yesterday only 1 email came through, today none at all.

No help yet either from their "Customer Service".

I can really do without this hassle at the moment !

Worst case scenario is you assume you won't get the e-mails and you'll have to keep trying to log in every few days to check whether it's your turn to use the online process. There's nothing to suggest the content of the e-mails will be vital for you to complete the process.

I received the FSCS email to my onetel address this evening, but agree that onetel's email service is not reliable these days.
