  • Hi

I only wish that i could receive the email from fscs.
My email provider is onetel!!!, they apparently have a server problem, so I have not received one email since Sat 1st November!! Very worried as i am not able to read what is going on and don't know when, and if I will ever know what is going on.

Has anybody else experienced the same problem?

    please help

To stop the e-mails going into junk/spam folders. either add the domain: fscs.org.uk to your safe list or add sender: enquiries@fscs.org.uk to your safe list.
  • Thanks a lot for the info.
but as onetel cannot provide me with a timescale when the problem should be fixed, I will never know the contents

The e-mail in full has been posted all over this forum, included on this one! No need to panic, nothing yet will happen for weeks.

Contact OneTel and get your e-mail sorted out.

I would suggest adding both the domain @fscs.org.uk to the safe senders and enquiries@fscs.org.uk that way you will cover all options' if you only use the full address and they don't use the enquiries part in the next email,it may still go to junk. adding just the domain i.e. @fscs.org.uk means that anything from them will get through. :)

Don't worry they won't take long to fix their problem with the server and in any case in the worst case scenario you will have the option to carry out the claim process by post, it make take a little longer that is all, I bet you will find that the email server is fixed shortly. :)
