Pac Code and porting the Number

I have requested my pac code from o2 after they wanted £45 (that was with a discount of £10:eek: ) per month for the new sony ericcson c905.
anyway i am going to get the samsung Tocco on Orange on the Dolphin 35 i think its £20 per month on line tarrif - oh also have to pay £119 for the phone....
when i get my pac code from o2 and give it to orange. Do i loose all my phone numbers on my sim card ?

no, just copy the numbers to the existing phone then bluetooth them across when youget the new phone0
