Nope!!!.........certainly been no summary warrant served on me by any sheriff officers. Methinks BCW are trying to play dirty.........thinking they can do as they please with us, relying on us being ignorant of our rights under Law. Well, thanks to all the huge support I am getting here........BCW had best be more careful........I`m learning my rights........rapidly!!!! :rotfl:

Hell......there seem to be so many highs and lows to all of this. I seem to alternate between telling myself that I`ll come through this alive and well, and feeling like there is NO WAY OUT. I feel like a rat caught in a trap.

No feedback from the solicitor as yet. The fear has a grip of me again and I am thinking that perhaps I won`t be able to go through with this BR after all, but perhaps the solicitor can allay some of my fears......time will tell.......

I am so sad.......I know I made mistakes, but what I would give to be able to proceed and have a fresh start. Surely everyone deserves that, nomatter how they got themselves into this mess?..........

highs and lo's are very normal, I have been feeling ok for a little while and then got upset a little today and thing is I can't even remember what about now! Just give it some time, you wil have good days and bad days.

Everyone makes mistakes and you cannot punish yourself forever! If you want a fresh start, you have got to forgive yourself too and learn to put it behind you. You can do it, just give yourself some time and it wil get sorted out in the end.

Am going to try and get some sleep now. At least when sleep finally comes, I can escape the worry of it all. Don`t want to spend my life sleeping though. I just want to survive this and live a simple life. Material things are no longer so important to me........nothing can hold a candle to peace of mind.
