I will call Irwin Mitchell tomorrow to tell them see what they have to say, just had a call from a company trying to sell me an IVA lady advised that even though we are BR this my not include RBS and charging order even though the forms for courts are not due back to them until 14th they will tell you anything to make money!!!!!!
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: they had to get the charging order first before the BR for that to be true:rotfl:
You will get a few more of those queen, so dont fall for it.
Oh by the way let the court know too, not just RBS,s solicitors, its the court that is your friend not them, they may just "forget" and try carry on, but wont get far if the court are aware;)Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. 0 0

will do :j :j :j :j one think that been niggling in mind about BRO if OR thinks we borrowed irresponsibably whilst OH was back and fourth to work with illness, but every time we took any credit out he was back at work, with the RBS we applied when he was at work but before we signed he was off so we waited until he was back at work before this complete and RBS have a letter from emp confirming back to work I'm sure I'm finding things to worry about just reading another post which then gave me this thought they talked about BRO and imprisonment0

Worry is part of the "fun" of being bankrupt .. once all the lovely DCA's banks etc stop phoning you have to have something to occupy yourself with
Glad you got through it ok :hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0 :hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0
