Hi well I'm back home in one piece after sitting in B'ham court from 1 til 4 now officially BR, saw a judge who I thought was a little curt asking why we could not look at other options explained this in his chambers for a 2 mins the rest of the time hanging around, came home to a default notice and a letter for a debt collector for RBS demanding £20,000 in the next 7days how good do I feel that they have cut their nose off to spite their face, if they would have accepted a lower payment then they would have had a least somthing towards the debt now they are not likely to get a dime the judge felt that this was there own fault.

I'M SURE I WILL HAVE A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP JUST WAITING FOR CALL FROM OR HOPE THAT DOESN'T BRING ANY MORE STRESS.

Thanks to everyone who has helped me through over the last few months a BIG THANK YOU WITH HUGS AND KISSES:j
