It wasn't a case of not being able to make some calls - TMobile failed to provide the agreed service, or sort out the problem and agreed to accept the phone back.
In my view T mobile are in breach. Anybody know who should be approached to resolve it? Arbitration/dispute resolution?
The fact that nobody at all has responded in any way to the letters is the most annoying aspect of all this.0
