Advice Needed After Ticket Purchase

Hi,
Today I won an auction for some concert tickets very cheaply around £45
In the information box on the auction it says number of tickets '4'
In the text wrote by the seller it says 'BIN is £75 each or best price at the end of the auction'
When I try and pay it does not give me an option to select how many tickets I want and I bid believing I was bidding on 4 tickets as stated by the seller.
If they try not to sell me all 4 tickets and try and charge me individually where do I stand? As in my opinion it was the sellers fault for not creating an auction with multiple purchases.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

you have won all 4 for £42.50
not sure why he said buy it now was £75 per ticket as the listing is for all 40 -
Thanks what I thought thanks for your help Pinkgem!
Hope he dosnt mess around now though and I wonder if Ebay would side with me if it came to a dispute stage?2010 Wins: Benecol Bag For Life, £150 FCUK Voucher, Rimmel Foundation, L'oreal Mascara, £60 worth of hair products, £100 :j0 -
have you paid for them yet? if you did, i hope you paid by paypal
if the seller just sends you one ticket than you can do a Paypal significantly not as described dispute as the listing states it was for 4 tickets0 -
I havnt paid ive held off and contacted the seller but have not got a response yet.
I will pay by pay pal but was wondering whether to leave it until I get a response? Thanks2010 Wins: Benecol Bag For Life, £150 FCUK Voucher, Rimmel Foundation, L'oreal Mascara, £60 worth of hair products, £100 :j0 -
yes i think it would be an idea to wait for a response before making payment
i just noticed that the gig is not until the end of june 2009, so you probably wouldn't get the tickets until june, so if you paid and then only received 1 ticket it would be too late to do a paypal claim as you only get 45 days to claim from date of payment.
even if you paid via paypal using a credit card it may be too late to do a credit card chargeback in june as i think the limit is 6 months0 -
Valid point
Thanks for your help its really appreciated

Did the seller have a BIN listed at the start of the auction?
Cos I'm reading it slightly differently to you both.
I definately see both your points and agree but I also think that the seller is saying that they have 4 tickets to sell individually - BIN each at £75 or if goes to auction then winning amount x 4.
I do think though it is a bit dodgy the way it has been listed. A bit of a gamble if you pay now without it being resolved especially if they don't have the tickets in hand.
I hope I'm wrong though.
Good luck.0 -
Hi Groovy Girl,
I see your point which is why I am concerned but they have incorrectly listed the item if they wished to sell each ticket individually.
As for BIN I don't know if there was one as I only bid with 40 mins to go so didn't see one.
If it is as you say I wonder how I will fare with ebay?
