Name of present? Pamper day.
Do you make it or buy it? Made it sort of
Total Cost? £2.40 valentine card.
Details : I bought my wife a card, and inside i had made a pamper day voucher.
The present included, diner cooked by me (for once). Followed by a bath with sented candles and her favourite music. (During the bath i washed up, as usual) After the bath i treated her to an olive oil massage, then after the massage i attempted to give her a manicure and pedicure, which turned out to be one of the best and funny experiences of our married lives, the wife was in fits of giggles at my attempts to paint her nails pink. To top it all off i followed this up with one of her favourite dvd's that we already owned. So in the total cost was just the valentine card. As we already had the other ingredients for the diner, the oil and the manicure and pedicure stuff.

Name of present? Engagment Ring
Do you make it or buy it? Given it
Total Cost? £0.
Details (the more the better). On Xmas day 2003 i proposed to my wife at the diner table infront of every member of her family, there were 19 of us for diner. My father in-law did his yearly speach and as always went round the table asking everyone what they were thankful for. Premeditated he asked me first. I said 'I am thankful that as always you have all made me feel like a part of your family, there is however only one way i can become officially part of the family' I turned to my wife to be got down on one knee, took her hand and popped the question, with the ring given to me by my mum (for the right women). She obviously said yes. So her xmas present cost me nothing.0 -
Name of present : Nothing
Cost : £3.49 but got 15% of with code
Bought from : www.iwantoneofthose.com
Description : A cardboard package with a plastic sphere in the middle containing absolutely nothing. I find this an hilarious stocking filler for those men in my life who are incredibly difficult to buy for. On the packet it gives instructions for use, what is in the packet and refund information if it does something lol. It can then be displayed wherever the receiver wishes as the package is ingeniously designed to stand freely. A fab present which is incredibly tongue in cheek and will provide many a giggle on christmas day.Ipoints- Cashed in for prezzybox and amazon items - 1,983 now. £50 Amazon voucher

On Easter Sunday, my cat died. She had been adopted from a close friend after his relationship broke down and wasn't able to look after her any more where he moved to.
For his birthday, as I was short of money, I decided to create a photo slideshow of the cat on dvd for him.
All it took was using Windows movie maker (which comes with Windows) and adding in photos, putting them in the order you want them, and then choosing how you want the photos to fade before the next one comes on the screen. You can also create your own menu from the templates, add in chapters and music - so you have your memories on a film! I was also lucky enough to be able to print out a label for the CD and a cover for the case.
Mine lasted approximately 25 minutes - each picture staying on the screen for about 7 seconds.
My friend absolutely loved it, as it was totally personal and he couldn't get it anywhere else.

Geyser Tube for extremely bored families in the Christmas holidays !
This would be such good fun.
£4.95
Simply load the mints in this screw-on transparent tube, lock it on your plastic pop bottle (any fizzy drink will do but diet stuff works best) and pull the pin. Oh yes, and run for it. Because the moment the sweets hit the liquid, a powerful soda geyser erupts from the top with enough pressure to reach 30ft - yes, 30ft! And thanks to this ingenious little gizmo you'll get a perfect launch every time without getting drenched.
Do you make or buy it? Buy it and then add the ingredients.

Do you make it or buy it? - Buy it
Total Cost? - Buy it
Details (the more the better) I want one of those.com
In the noblest traditions, scatter your rose buds while ye lay in a deep, warm bath. These wafer-thin, rose-scented soap petals melt rather than wilt and are actually more odoriferous (and less likely to be concealing displaced caterpillars) than the real thing.
Single rose bud: 4 x 3.5 x 3.5 cm
Box: 10 x 10 x 4cm.
