Can I get a refund?

    You won't get anything back from the taxes - the admin charge is more than any possible reimbursement.

    Who will tell you that to get the features you require from your ticket, you need to use a full cost airline on a fully flexible fare. ;)

    I am amazed that anybody pays more than 2p for a flight to Dublin ... :p
