Anyone actually got one of these? What age is it best for? I have afour year old and two year old grandchildren. Would I get away with two orders if I did from different email addresses and different credit cards?
Also (sorry so many questions) does it actually use the word 'friend ' in text? Otherwise I could do a shared one using both names as the children are brother and sister. But presumably it says something like 'Ben and his friend John' etc?0 -
Just ordered
Hopefully it works out okay

Dear Mrs ~~~~,
Thank you for shopping with Identity Direct, your personalised store.
Please note you ordered from our 1p book offer however, ordered two books – when this came through to our system your order was rejected as the offer is only valid for one book only.
We do apologise for this inconvenience. We contacted you via email with regards to this and when we received no response from you – we cancelled your order.
We will now gladly re-issue your order if you wish – note however, your second book will be charged at full price. If you wish to go ahead with your order at this stage please telephone our office so that one of our customer service representatives can organise this for you.
Kind Regards,

Just got above reply. They did not contact me to tell me this and the offer did not state valid for one book at the time I ordered. I also did order other stuff, but I don't think that I will go ahead with the order now as their customer service doesn't seem great.

when i did it there was a pop up, something about installing something if your computer hasnt got it, mine had so i ignored it. maybe if that comes up and you do what it says it will work, this usually never costs anything. my kids love them, there arer 3 stories you can choose from or do all three and if you print them out in colour they look even better.
hope this helpsEvery sixty seconds you spend angry, upset or mad, is a full minute of happiness you'll never get back..:p

The friends name is only mentioned a few times so i think you would be better off ordering 2 separate ones.
They are more suitable for your older grandchild but your other one will grow into it. hth0 -

You let her believe as long as she likes. One day she will realise for herself that it is all 'make believe', I do not think you need to tell her at all. I hope my 2 daughters believe as long as they can, it's what makes it all so magical.I want to be credit card and loan free by Christmas 20100 -
I orderd on the 5th and payment was taken today so here's hoping its ready for delivery.
Has anyone actually received their book?0
