I ordered one each for my 2 kids along with several other items on 11 Sept and although I got a confirmation email, I've heard nothing since. I emailed them yesterday- no reply yet.

Until I get the reply/goods I cannot vouch for how reliable this company is. Certainly at best- delivery can be slow. As they were all for Christmas I am not panicking (yet)!
