Tiscali are beyond rubbish, yes you need an engineer, no you dont, 'I personally gaurantee ' an engineer will call, yes we will compensate you for loss of service and all 0870 calls.

Stay away from Tiscali and Aol!! Had them both and had nothing but trouble.0

Don't touch AOL with a very long barge pole.
Google AOL and find out just how they treat their customers, here and in the States.
If you do decide on them, make sure you DO NOT let them take regular payment from your debit card. Make sure you set up a conventional direct debit, over which you at least have some control.0
