Orange's Family Plan - do other networks do anything similar?

I am currently on Orange 120 Talk with my partner on Orange PAYG.
Both of our phones are registered on the same account, which means we get the "Family Plan" benefits. This consists of 50 free texts for my partner and a further 60 free minutes for me. I also pay an additional £2 to get 30 texts.
At the moment, I am paying £37 a month for this privilege, but feel sure I can get some better deals, where I get more minutes/text for less money!
Does anyone know if any of the other networks do anything similar to Orange's Family Plan and if so, how good they are? My partner is happy to change from a PAYG phone to a contract, so if there are any that just combine contract phones, that would be fine.
