I was going to get one myself, but the shop was about to close and like i say, i wasnt overly impressed with it but might try it myself tomorrow because just like the rest of you... i just have to have one!

JAMTART Mrs T - chin up! she could have been talking about you in reference to the tills and criticising the way the tills work and asking her manager to fix them? don't assume the worst. Head high thats what wicks me off about boots, you are made to feel awful but why do they insist on giving out vouchers if we cant spend them?!

Thank you both. I know she was defo talking about me in a bad way as I could see the two of them looking at me as I went up the escalator.

I am defo giving up on glitches like that, I am just gonna stick to using one voucher and looking for reduced items. It all came to light because my stupid 250 points from the previous mens gwp would not scan it said it was not valid and she came over :mad:

Ahhh well hopefully I will feel better in the morning.

sorry to hear you had a bad day MRS T:( something similar happened to me in boots yesterday. It knocked my confidence a bit. But I had such a good day today, I feel sooo much better now:)


Is the whole No7 range 3 4 2 or is it just bathing products? Cosmetics are not going through 3 4 2 on dotcom. I'm sure I read a couple of posts earlier where peeps have got 3 4 2 on cosmetics today

No, no, don't be put off by me. :eek: You must see it for yourself and decide hun.
I don't suppose it's 'tacky' per se, it's just the styling is very old fashioned, victorian clutch bag-esq, and i have contempory tastes.
I wouldn't even get it to give as a gift, but the major factor for me not wanting it is there is nothing in it i haven't got or would like to use....
Unlike me i know, but giving this one a miss Please, go check them out

I can completley sympathise with you, this is so similar to what happened to me last week :mad:

I hope you feel better tomorrow, I know it left me quite upset for the whole day, even when I went into Boots today I imagined every SA was looking at me watching my every move, it's a terrible feeling

I like it:) the contents are nice too, especially the 'long lasting 'eye liner. DD tried it on earlier, but had trouble getting it off, LOL

But master scorpiokitten we follow your lead I'll try and get to a store to check it out. Not sure I can spend £20 to get it - but may try and buy a few presents from No.7 (although seem to have most of my presents sorted hmm:cool:) wonder if I can just find one on e-bay! I love vintage-esque stuff so if its more the taste thing than the tack-factor I'll risk it

:rotfl: It is, it's just personal taste is all hun. You go for it. Could you not take back a previous (£20+) No7 xmas gift you may have bought and re-buy it again with the GWP? Tad naughty i know, but trying to help your pocket here.
