Today at Liverpool Street station in London, I made 2 transactions (completely glitch free) and was not given a voucher. I asked for it since I had been given one at Stansted airport and knew about it and the SA just told me there was a problem with the tills all morning and they were not prompting them to give the vouchers. So he would not give me one. I asked several people who only knew about the N7 one and that it was over, mind you this was a very busy time of day and the store was packed!!, and finally a nice girl handing out baskets, pointed me to a more senior member of staff, and he apologized and went to a till and gave me the 2 I was entitled. I am glad I consulted this oracle of information yesterday before coming back to the UK.

So watch out for those tricky tills!!

Reduced price fragrances: I saw some frag reduced today, are they also reduced online? If this is only a store thing, is there a list compiled here of the ones on offer? TIA

how do you get away with using Pink and TS voucher with a SA???? please and thanks!

I have a VERY friendly SA who always makes a point of chatting to me when i go instore, she is always telling me about her mum who gets all these `bargains` but says her mums are never as good as mine, so she likes serving me so that she can run along home and tell her mum what `that woman` got today!.. lol
Bless her, she is only about 20 but really nice and is always so chuffed when she sees what i get for as little as i get it.
I have had about 5 surveys in the past and each and every 1 i have given her the thumbs up, i have also printed some of the mitchum vouchers off for her before too and she was really grateful for them, she was the one that told me about the 1p TS Glitch too....Nothing is too much trouble for her, she loves a bargain as much as i do.:rotfl:
It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.

sorry if this has been asked before, but I am just popping in for the day here at the forum: are there any photos of the old s&g gwp going through free or for £5 as AB mentioned (i would not mind paying that it is nice, and these gwo normally are, otherwise we would not spend a fortune to get them)? TIA

minimoneyme, you're an :A Thanks for the photos (did not want to post another post and add to the clutter, so decided to edit. Hope you see this.

Mrs T - chin up! she could have been talking about you in reference to the tills and criticising the way the tills work and asking her manager to fix them? don't assume the worst. Head high :) thats what wicks me off about boots, you are made to feel awful but why do they insist on giving out vouchers if we cant spend them?!

edit: I'm DESPERATE to know what the OOTW is this week - any Boots employee can you help please??
