I assume you bought the xbox 360 bundle in Game, so how did you change King Kong game next door in HMV?

usual policy is no receipt, excahnge only and no change given which i presume is the tactic used here

HMV typically don't ask for a receipt when exchanging sealed items

I told them i didnt want a bundle, asked the person to ask their manager otherwise i would ring head office as no customer should be forced to buy a bundle. Straight away they said yes and i will pick up just the premium when i finish work

unless when im at the shop i pick up something decent for a reasonable price somone on xboxlocator said they got the premium and Call of duty 2 for 300

I telephoned my local GAME as lots of people seem to be getting the premium bundles there.

They said there are none in stock at the moment but 'hopefully next week'. They also informed me I could place a cash deposit down?

If I place this deposit down do GAME have to provide me with a 360 within the specified period (Next week)?

Got a core but if I can get the premium it saves having to buy a hard drive, a wireless controller etc

Don't think they have to give it to you within the specified time as they could just turn around and say that there was not enough stock to fulfil orders for the specified times they quoted to customers similar to the way that Amazon took orders and saying to customers that they would get them for christmas and quite a lot of original pre orders did not get them in time.

Supply and demandbut surely you should be able to pick one up soon as they seem to be getting easier to get hold of
