Hmm, i'm debating flogging my brand new core and changing it for a premium (at cost obviously ). Wonder if I can get hold of one.

It does seem strange. I agree it must be dependent on where you are in the country. I had an email just now saying they wee back in stock. Checked within 5 minutes of receiving it and it says none available.

I've now had an email with an order number which says: "This email is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order which has been passed to our team to be processed and has been charged to your card".

Which sounds good - but given others' experience I'm not sure really means anything useful.

Out of interest what day and time did you order?

I will have to wait until I get home from work to check my emails but not expecting anything as when I phoned up this morning thye checked on my postcode and said there was no order generated for me

I have had loads of those "No Stock" emails. It generates one every time you try to buy. I've just phoned them and they say my order number means I've got one... even though I've had out of stock e-mails since.

Might be worth another phone call before you get too fed up!

I ordered this afternoon around the time a previous poster said they had more in stock... 2ish? The difference between then and now on the website was that it said they were in stock once you got beyond the first search page.

ive got that aswell now.
which yes again sounds good, when i foned up they said they were picking the items. so im presuming ive got in (and hoping)

o ordered on the 22/12/05 at 11:30pm delivery date is thurs

Now im confused but I think i got 1, had email saying
"Please keep a note of this number for future reference. This email is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order which has been passed to our team to be processed and has been charged to your card."

Then
"Thank you for your recent enquiry on argos.co.uk

You recently enquired about a Xbox 360 Full System., Cat No. 567/9223, on the Argos web site, which was out of stock.

We have just received further stock of this item.

If you would still like to order, please click on the link below as soon as possible as stock may be extremely limited on some products and we cannot guarantee availability."

Got the same email around 2pm this afternoon but was not around to access the site to order one and now out of stock so will have to wait until the next batch
