A few months ago I tried to change to the "live" hotmail and they told me it was only suitable for larger screens. NOW they have given it to me anyway and like everyone else it is a nightmare having to scroll this way and that just to read and write emails. I think I might ditch it and start using outlook express.0 -
if your screen setting are 1024x768 or above then horiziontal scrolling isn't an issue for the email editing window
800x600 will require horizontal scrolling0 -
Where do I find out what my screen settings are please?0

I don't see the problem with printing the mails (I'm printing to a laser printer)
Are you printing the email using the 'print' icon on the hotmail menu bar or using the Explorer File | Print method.
are you using an inkjet, maybe its printing it gray, can you force black and white rather than colour0 -
I don't understand that bit either.
My dad has to print lots of emails and he has done for a long time so he is not doing it any differently from normal. The cartridge is fine and it prints off the top but of the screen, msn email...date and time absolutly fine but not the email content. It won't even copy and paste into word either!
