I'd like to thanks everyone for their replys
1 - I am the 4th person to mention to Ebay that the cds are copies but I get your point about the fact I could have copied them, I agree with the posted who said what would stop me doing this even if the seller had sent the genuine article
2 - to the person who suggested the sony shop - good idea hadn't thought of that
3 - I am glad other people agree that paypal /ebay put soo many hoops for me to jump through that I might as well give up for the sake of £18
4 - I could have just stated item not received and got the money back - ironic ( they were just send with a stamp not registered/recorded)
5 - I have contacted the seller and threatened the police and sony but he hasn't responded
Lesson learned if it seems to good to be true it is ( even though he had 200 feedback from people apparently pleased with their copies )
Thanks again to everyone for taking the time to have their say and a big
to paypal/ebay Busy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:0
