Onetel/Mailzone problems

Is anyone else experiencing major problems with the mailzone service?
I have not been able to receive emails properly for months and all their support staff say is that they will look into it/it will be resolved.
The worst thing is, is that although many emails take hours/sometimes days to come through, some emails have been bounced back to the senders - so I will never actually know what emails have not been received - this is not good when I am awaiting important emails.

Same problem here; yesterday just received 1 email via Onetel, today none at all.
Did you have any joy from their "Customer Service"??

Well, I sent them an email through their webform, got an acknowledgement email then got an email saying my email was unable to be delivered.

I tried searching for other email addresses and I found that [FONT="]customerservice@onetel.co.uk seems to work - as in, my email got delivered ok - but i still have not had a response.
Its totally ridiculous - they dont ever give any reason all they say on the phones is that "we will look into it" or something like that. Its so annoying - I had emails come in on tuesday that were sent on the previous friday.
Im thinking that they dont really care for the mailzone service anymore - I dont know if many people still use onetel for emails. I just dont think its a high priority for them. I check the network status on their website and it regularly says "mailzone will be slow for some users" - I dont understand why it keeps happening so frequently.
Have you attempted calling them or anything?

Same experience as you had: my email to their "support" address came back this morning as "undelivered".
The network status this morning had changed to "all OK" again and I must say that overnight I received emails from yesterday. Also tonight when I got home 7 further emails had arrived (1 of these was sent yesterday and the other 6 earlier today).
So in general it seems the system does work albeit with at least 6-7 hrs delay.
Of course you can never be sure if you've missed any emails (like the one I'm expecting from Icesave !)

Im still getting emails through that were sent about 5/6 days ago! Its just not good enough.

I am in the process of switching to a different email address. Just a pain trying to work out how many websites have my current email address! I'll get there eventually!0
