Dysons at Somerfields! (merged)

There are shedloads at the Mitcham, Surrey store.
They are also doing a Beko 26" LCD TV that can double as a PC monitor for just £299.00

There is a 20% staff discount on top of that :eek:

The Beko 26" LCD TV is £349 in Ivybridge store - looks like varying pricing across the country.

Had a bit of a nightmare in Cardiff - they don't have any (they did and said that I could have one) but by the time I arrived (through rush hour traffic - took me over an hour) they had sold out. Serves me right for trying to use currys price beat scheme - which incidentally currys were very rude about. Practically laughing in my face - claiming that Somerfield wouldn't tell them the price over the phone so they wouldn't price beat!

Not happy bunny - at least wasn't until Somerfield just phoned and said they have located one in another store and will have it for me tomorrow. Currently smiling - of sorts never convinced until it happens.

Incidentally Somerfield offer free home delivery on purchases over £25 - worth bearing in mind! I don't have a car (which meant I had to collect my parent's car last night adding to the time!!)

Same here....first Dyson lasted just over a year, second Dyson is again just over a year old and on it's last legs, doesn't seem to be sucking nearly as good as it used to.

They only last so long and yes i take good care of mine, clean it inside and out, i must just be unlucky with them.

Yeh, i had 2 x DO7, i said that i'd never get another till i saw this deal!

OK so the news from Cardiff - First off the store is in Canton - The main road through Canton left hand side when driving through Canton from town toward Ely.

Good news for me - I just managed to get the last 2 (one for my sister and one for me) - bonus they even do free delivery - which is useful as they will be delivering tomorrow morning ... don't even think about trying to pursuade them to sell ours - we've paid (and besides I have a black belt in origami).

Good news for others - they are getting more in tomorrow - but very limited stock - only 4 - from what I can tell and I know that the check out operator said she wanted 2 when she saw the price. My advice: phone them 029 2064 5936 right now, and get them to reserve one for you. Oh and a tip about phoning just let it ring it sometimes takes a while but they do always eventually answer.

Now to recommend OP for the post of the month. Fantastic deal!

Just been down there, and found the two you mentioned still on display!. I offered them an extra £10 each for them and although they mentioned they had already been sold, they sold them to me anyway!. So be prepared if they say they made a mistake and have suddenly gone out of stock! :beer:
