I just rang them and they told me that the T&Cs for this promo stated that Xmas orders would be despatched by 12 Dec so we should receive by 16 Dec.....but then she said they have started to send some out so they will be delivered between now and then (they have a huge pile of them to be sent out......probably all us Mser's
)

They definately aren't sending them in order, I ordered on 1st before this thread they took the money on the 2nd and nothing, web still says web order received. Can't understand why they aren't going in order hope I don't get left with all the duplicates and rubbish.AKA: PC

I ordered on the 3rd and money taken same day, Ive still not received the goody bag, am a bit conncerned that the contents of my bag might not be as good, the longer I wait, does that sound daft? Im just worried that because of demand, the contents might get cheaper. Anyways, I called and they just said the same that the latest they will be received will be the 16th dec..... If worried I'd give them a ring and complain. Of course you could also arrange for it to be returned and then get your money back. Difficult to know what else to do.
