The email address doesn't seem to have worked for anyone the whole way thought this. When i rang them they didn't seem to believe me that it doesn't work.

I checked my sign-in. It still just says 'weborderrecieved' - I might try ringing them today.

I got the girls pack and inside I got:

3 x story books 2 that were for small children and one for a slightly older girl

Some people earlier in the thread have been told that they should all be delivered by 16th Dec. But they have a lot of orders and so are working through them slowly.

I ordered a girl's bag on 2/11 & my card was charged on the same day but I haven't had anything yet. The email confirmation I received on 2/11 said my card wouldn't be charged until my order was ready to be shipped!

My email hasn't bounced, but has not been answered yet, & checking on their website shows that my order hasn't been processed.

It makes me sooooo cross when money is taken from my account before the item is shipped! :mad:

I ordered the girls one and it came today, inside was a disney high school musical magnets set (all the characters), a rupert the bear cardboard book, a fireman sam story book, a 'witch' story book, a secret garden story cd, 2 packs of ello, and a chrstman hymn cd, not bad for £3.98:T

ordered on the 2nd november still no pack and changed order status from goods shipped to web order received.

No delivery, no bounced emails, no reply either, and money taken. I'm calm at the moment as I'm sure they have a lot to get through. Besides if it doesn't arrive I'll go through my credit card and then they'll get it in the neck.
