I will be calling tomorrow as they have taken my money but have not sent any bags.
I think it's a little bit naughty seeing I got an email which states "Your credit card will not be billed until your oder is ready to ship".
Trying to save money but it's hard when there's so many sales on!

None for me. i ordered two and money was taken straight away - 4th and neither have arrived.0

I have just called to ask when the items will be sent out as I ordered a boy and a girl on the 04/11 and the money was taken on the 07/11.
They have advised that all multiple orders are being packed and parcelled this week and should be with us by next week.
She did advise that they have had 10's of thousands of orders which was more than anticipated and this is why it is taking longer.
Hope this saves someone else the cost of a call.

Thought it would be something like that. Mine is a multiple so that explains things. Would have made sense if they'd have sent out an email to everyone waiting though. Probably would have saved them some emails and phone calls too.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move
