    It's a pity you can't see who voted for what, I can't actually remember but I'm sure that I must have voted 'continuing to decline'. How wrong I was.

    Chuck Norris doesn't move out of the woods, the woods run away from Chuck Norris.

    Of course we are not ot of the woods, who told you that? We have another tough year ahead, but I don't think house prices will be lower in a year, I don't think they will be much higher either.

    I don't think anyone has said "we are out of the woods" but it's a fair assumption that the housing market has reached the bottom.
