            Hi
How would you know that someone is using your wireless? Does a pop up inform you or are you just presuming that they can? Just curious as I am wireless too. Would it cause the PC to go slower if someone was using it.....very MSE on their part though!
When I turn my laptop on it informs me of available wireless thingies available, but I would need to know their password to connect to their wireless.0

If you are able to find out who is currently on your wireless, then you should be able to encrypt it. It's on the same menu.0

Which wireless router do you have?
 (Make and model):idea:0

If you go onto your router webpage (generally 192.168.1.1 - just google the make of your router) from your address bar in IE, you may need to press return if you don't have a password or click ok etc. There should be a heading called security, and in there will be different levels of security to choose, it again depends on the make of router. If the option is there, go for WPA2. You should be able to enter a password (make a note of this too).
This al depends on make/model of router etc and is a brief guide. My suggestion and/or advice is my own and it is up to you if you follow it, please check the advice given before acting on it.0

Log into the router, go to the wireless page, set the encryption type to WPA and type in a password. Make it something that's not a word such as dfe45Hd9hP.
And do you know who these people are? Do you like them? They're committing a crime under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Phone the Police and report it. I wonder how smart they'll be feeling with Plod knocking on their doors. Even if the Police take no action after the visit, the areas in which people with this kind of income live in usually mean that a Police car parked on the drive gets the rumour mill well and truly running.0

From the manual:1. Enable WPA encryption
 WPA, WPA2, WPA-PSK or WPA2-PSK
WPA (Wi-Fi Protected Access) is the next generation of security for wireless networks. WPA-PSK is the version of WPA specific for the home or small office users because it does not require an authentication server. With WPA-PSK, your network key is regularly and automatically changed so hackers cannot decode the key by listening to your connection.
Select WPA-PSK if:- All your wireless adapters support WPA. Check your wireless adapter's specification.
- You wish to benefit from the additional security offered by WPA over standard WEP
 - Click http://voyager.home to open the Voyager Configuration Manager.
- Select the Advanced | Wireless | Encryption screen
- If prompted, enter your Configuration Manager access password (factory default is admin for both user name and password)
- Select WPA, WPA-PSK, WPA2 or WPA2-PSK
- Enter Pre-Shared Key. The key can be any string of between 8 and 64 characters. All other options can be ignored unless you have specific security requirements.
Important: Make a note of the key somewhere safe: you will need it later to connect your wireless adapters.
- Click Apply to save your changes
Your computer will lose its wireless connection with the Voyager 2110. You now need to configure your wireless adapters with matching security settings. Please refer to your wireless adapter's instructions.

Do they know its illegal? They are stealing your bandwidth, tell em you are going to report them to the police and then lets see if they laugh!
Are you using the wireless connection yourself or a LAN cable? If your using the cable you can turn off the wireless part.0

Oh and it might be wise to change the default password, to login to the router.
This can be done in the System part of the router's settings page.
The reason I say to change the default password, is because anybody could login to the router and remove any wireless security features you apply.Everybody is equal; However some are more equal than others.0
