Already this morning my neighbour has driven over the grass verge at the end of the cul-de-sac as a short cut churning up the grass and 2 people have blocked in my drive - I'm going to have to get on to the council and see if we can put a line in front of the drive and replace the road sign to stop the cut through. It's beginning to get on my nerves :mad:I'd rather be watching CSI!0 -

WM on... DD fed and currently sitting in her new high chair watching "on demand" In the night garden... (the BT vision box has paid for itself already in my opinion!
)
Ebay pile which was sat in living room has been 1/2ed by re sorting it into "charity" and "ebay" instead... will takethe ebay stuff back upstairs and put in the "to ebay" box later as wont get chance to list it this week.
Things i bought yesterday all put away, and the washing off the airer is sorted... tidied up my avon books but need to finish sorting them all out with fresh order forms etc to put out later in week.
Just remembered i have my first avon order coming on wed so need to make space to sort it in the living room as its over 100 items :shocked: AND just realised thats MILs birthday too that day so its gonna be hectic if it comes late as we HAVE to go out for the surprise meal thats all been booked by SIL........not wanting to go for a million of reasons... not least me and OH are on verge (hanging on by fingertips) of splitting up... but he wont tell anyone so MIL will be going on about us setting a date for the wedding like she has done every occasion we've seen her since we told her i was pregnant!! :mad: :mad:
PLUS Sarah has never been out for a meal...so its a first and guess who'll end up spending whole night watching her helping her etc? I dont mind too much but i wont get a shred of help with her i know... PLUS she doesnt like the dark outside and screams till shes sick and the meal is booked for 6:30pm and AFAIK no-one is picking us up we have to make our own way and its either £15 in a cab EACH WAY or its an hours walk there..... then we'll have the hours walk home...... on bonfire night!! Just what a small baby needs..... URRRGGH!!!:mad:
ANYWAY.... must get on with rest of my the list now ive had a rant and a cuppa

However you do realise that there are people out there who are that organised.
:eek::eek::eek:
I'm usually one of them:o. I know when I have the time to study and when I've got things on its just life gets in the way... but the thing I'm finding most amusing is that I'm 4 weeks behind on the course:rotfl::rotfl: I asked for an extension 2 weeks in so I could get my other courses ECA done, so I'm trying to complete the 4 weeks work in 1 day 'cause no matter how hard I try, my study plans never work out :rotfl::rotfl:This assignment was due in on the 30th Oct, I've been given until midnight on the 6th to do itI'm actually finding it easy so it shouldn't be a problem
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Good morning all, especially Pigpen :xmastree:
Welcome to all newbies/returners.
Hope every one is feeling much better, less stressed etc. Me - I'm still waiting for the antibiotics to kick in!
So far I've managed:
Taken DD for her morning lift to Bristol
Taken DS to work!!! I'm really worried as he is on two weeks work experience, but we purposely picked this place as the proprietor also has CFS/ME, so he should be fine.
3 wash loads (1 hanging out side, rest inside as it looks a bit iffy)
Emptied dishwasher
SS kitchen, bathroom, shower room
Lingonbrott dough in bread maker for rolls
Birdfood cake (for people) in progress
I'm not posting another list as I have to tackle the dining room before anything else. DH Artexed the ceiling yesterday so there's a bit of a mess in there!
If anyone lives in the Derby area (Spondon, Ockbrook, Risley, Stanton-by-Dale, Dale Abbey, Stanton Common) would you please pm me asap. Don't want to hijack the thread. Back later. x
DS has just called to let me know he's bathed 3 dogs, 2 on his own and Bev has booked in a Samoyed for this afternoon! He's having a whale of a time.DMP mutual support thread No: 433 - Mortgage - £54,556, Credit cards - £4012, Unsecured loan - £3,376, Other - £419
