:xmastree: can i join please???!!!.....i have been lurking for the past couple of days on last weeks thread and have finally been shamed into doing something about my house before a) environmental health shuts me down and b) before ds's new gf turns up for dinner this evening!!! i know its bad when it takes a newcomer to the house to make me realise that i live like a pig....(sorry pigs, i know that was offensive!!:o )....so, today i am blitzing my house...no more excuses....i will clean for as long as it takes to get the house to a reasonable standard and then tomorrow i can start on the flylady task list so that it never gets this utterly disgusting again... i am sooooooo ashamed!!!:o

I can't take them in the car because DPs put Megan's ramp in the caravan, grrrr, he knows she can't get in the car without it, what if I need to take her to the vets which is 12 mile away!!! oh dear not even midday and I am moaning
Right, must dash, or they will be late, toodles!!!One day I might be more organised...........

My house is all dusty because I didn't have a chance to do much last week - family visiting and children off - so I've a lot to catch up on!
Apart from the usual houseworky things I NEED to finish my patchwork bag for next Saturday - or at least make a good go at it. I didn't get to do anything with it last week.
Tonight I'm starting a four week meditation course, and on Tuesdays I have yoga, so I should be really chilled out this week :rotfl:
I saw this http://www.thepizzamaker.co.uk/ in the window of a local shop yesterday. I [strike]want one[/strike] [strike]need one[/strike] HAVE to get one.0 -

I'm convinced I have got gremlins
following me around, last week I lost one of my memory sticks, (they normally live in a small pocket in my handbag) I turned that handbag right out, it wasn’t there.
Today, I thought I would use the other memory stick, and lo and behold the missing one is just sitting there in the small pocket! Grrrrrrrrrr
Also I ‘lost’ on my computer some information I ‘carefully’ saved, I hunted right and low for 3 hours or so for that as well, and guess what I have found this morning, the ‘missing’ information

DD forgot its toy afternoon today  Apparently, they get marbles for working hard as a class, and when they get so many they get a treat. They've reached the target to bring toys from home to play with for an hour or so but DD forgot with going away  She's just got upset that she hasn't taken a toy in, so I promised I'd go back around to school at 10.30 (or sometime before 10.45) and take her some Barbie dolls/clothes/shoes bitty things  They're bagged and ready to go. Last thing I need is her getting worked up when she's feeling "fleh" as she'll make herself sick.
Right, I have an hour - best study :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
