  • Thanks for asking DK well, I've been to the docs, she's given me another set of ABs, and told me to rest, and keep warm.... ok, no probs doc. My DH is having to do everything. (he's lovely ATM) But I have managed to put dinner in the SC, I'm batch cooking a bolognaise with lentils too. The 6.5l is almost full!!! WOO HOO!

So I've caught up on the thread, have got the tv on.... bizarre daytime tv. Don't normally watch it unless I"m ill. I'm so relieved the children are back at school. :j peace and quiet for another few hours. Going to have lunch, and snuggle up with a nice 'Poirot'. Bliss. If I didn't feel so rough, it'd be perfect!!!

Oh gosh SS you are having a time of it, hope the new AB's kick in soon and actually work x

Went bck to bed at 6.30 this morning, managed to sleep till 7.30 when the alarm went off, got up and sorted littley for school then I made a Lemsip and took it to bed along with my diary and phoned all my customers and my boss, it took me an hour  everyone wished me a speedy recovery, bless them, I do love my customers. Went back to sleep for a bit then came down when the Lemsip had worn off, I can't swallow - hope it's not gonna turn into tonsilitis - worried about OH he had an appointment at the Dentist to have an extraction at 10am and he's still in there  DD1 went with him so she's gonna tell me if he's ok- he nearly passed out last time.

My living room is a tip....it really needs doing but I daren't I sweat just walking to the loo on my wobbly legs lol

I need a drink....too early for another Lemsip so think I'll have a cup of tea.

  • Hi,

Hope everyone is well and welcome newbies/returners. I've finally got rid of my cold :j So far today I've done errands. My aims for the rest of the day are to do more errands, wash up, do laundry, go to meeting and do some tidying up

Anyone fancy a Lemon and Ginger tea with their lunch?

    :coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee:

    Help yourselves.

Bread dough ready for rolls, birdfood cake stuff is in oven along with breadcrumbs toasting to go in freezer. Chicken ready to go in for dinner. Think I'll peel potatoes while I'm getting lunch, then maybe make some muffins to go in as well. (nomnomnom)

I'm in again, especially for the window washing bit, mine are minging, looked out and thought it was foggy :rotfl:

By the way, do I just have to say I'm in or do I have to post to say what I've actually achieved, not sure what the process is on this thread.

    Morning ladies!

Hope you are all well and happy - haven't caught up with the thread so forgive me..

    Daily list:
spray bathroom with bleach spray - OH
Feed the cat at least twicecat.gif - Oh will have to do this today
    Sort and reply to emails
    Complete an hours click thrus
    Do pending surveys
    Do an hour of SLP

    Extras
    Order trousers
    Ring Zoe
    complete tescos order
    file 10 peices of paperwork
    check QVC
    water house plants - OH
    bake Honey frosted buns
    bake hobnobs
check batteries in smoke alarm - OH

Knees still in a state - can't walk without help from my OH, though they are better than they were. Still so tender which is a bit worrying. But anyway, it means the only flyladying I can do really do is computer stuff and baking if the OH brings all ingredients onto the table so I can weigh and mix there and he can do the oven bit. It's like flyladying for my OH at the moment...:rotfl: :rotfl:

Have a friend moving in over the weekend for a wihle - she has sold her house but hasn't found anywhere to go to so I offered her my box room. (which is full of stuff!). So with my organisational skills and my OH brawn, (:rotfl: )we shall be emptying the room of things and putting them in boxes in the loft for now.

*Hugs* to all and hope you all have a good day flying!
