We've caved in properly today. The heating is on set at 18c.
Given that we would have usually had the heating on for the last 2 months, set at 19c, I'm really proud of myself.
I had to smack myself upside the head today, when I was walking round, in 3 layers plus my fleece, socks and slippers, saying, goodness it's cold.... Then I thought... you know what....? It's the middle of November, it's bl**dy cold. That's why I've got central heating.... get it on!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
yes.. close.. lol...
hey.. I'm sitting here in 15 layers.. I feel like a skin sample I have so many layers!! I COULD.... go put my heating on... ooh... then I could hang laundry on the rads... oh.... then I could turn a TD off.....LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Maybe it's because I'm working :rotfl: Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!

Boxes all wrapped and nearly complete - just want to get a couple of bits in ASDA tomorrow when I go to the laundrette. Today seemt the right day to do them. I was thinking that maybe they would go to children who had lost parents/homes etc in war. Just like remembering our soliders.
Going to make a cake, peel some spuds and try to get DS3 to do his reading. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Girl is back now and doing her tuba practice which means the floor is vibrating. She's doing it in the basement otherwise the tuba gets attacked by the dog :rotfl:
It's hard going in the kitchen! Small girl is desperate to be let out of the lounge but I have stuff all over the kitchen floor waiting to be sorted and the last thing I want is it to be strewn everywhere. Might get her a drink and something to eat.
