Dumped by Fresh
Turned on my Fresh mobile today to find that I've been cut off!!!
Yep I know I am supposed to use it every 60 days...
And I have an October bill which shows that I did.
Carphone warehouse can't (wont more likely) reconnect me and say I must purchase a Fresh '2' sim for £10. Only Fresh '2' rates are 15ppm and I was on 10ppm and there is no direct debit.
How convenient for them that 'Fresh 1' is no longer available!!!
