TV and Video senders - any good?

Okay, for those who don't have a clue about what a video-sender is/does:
You know how you connect a Sky box or a video to the TV with a scart lead? A video sender is like a Scart lead - except there is no lead bit, just two aerials which "broadcast" the signal instead.
It means if you have Sky in the living room you can plug it into your bedroom TV without running a 30-foot scart cable up the stairs.
