Hiya lisa, good luck with the car, they wanted my old banger and I ended up having to buy it back off the OR, managed to haggle to £20, i think its just luck with them but they do look at everyones circumstances. I went BR for £5000 in march because I just couldn't cope with the stress of debt collectors after I ended up in debt after a divorce and ended up on benefits with 2 children to care for. I know going BR isn't great but it was the best thing I could have done. I'm now discharged and moving on with my life so good luck with everything : )0

If your Dad bought the car using Paypal, he can get a receipt from his account with them.

my dad got the man to end auction early and didnt get a reciept. if they decide to take it then so be it, its a small price to pay to clear my debts and start building my life again without this hanging over me. i can always use my mums car just be abit of a pain as she uses it alot.If you want to see the rainbow ,you gotta put up with some rain0
