o2 payg tariff change failure?
hey there,
got a new sim and wanting to put it on the o2 unlimited payg tariff straight away, but it keeps messaging me saying that its failing to change to it?
I haven't topped the sim up, could this be why its failing? I don't want to top up and then have to wait to change onto o2 unlimited.
can anyone help me with this?

Always ask customer service for a definitive answer. you can e-mail O2 and they are normally pretty good with answers (register on their site, log in and contact customer services)
