Perhaps skip most the gumpf, and just write them a letter stating you are taking them to court, you are aware of other cases in which the exact same thing happened with their company, and the company chose to settle for full value (plus small claims costs). You feel it would be far more preferable for them to just pay the full value, and not need to pay any more costs.0

agreed,i missed this thread first time but would just send an RD letter giving them a deadline before you will start small claims proceedings
i did the same for Dave hinde after they sent my order to an old address (PS never deal with DH!!)0
