I sent them an e-mail, and received a lovely message back...they have clearly read my description of my skin problems and what products I would like and have recommended about 8 products in their range that would be suitable. Plus they have given some very good advice on using 'new' products on my skin. And they have said that if I would like to choose up to three of their products they will send me free samples! Lovely people! (And because they have been so nice, I will probably order full size products from them if they don't priduce an allergic reaction!)

are you sure you have read what i have written? i dont think i need all that information about your skin type, thanks. i pointed out to you that it's not a reliable "freebie". it's not duplicable, and it's not something that anybody is entitled to. posting it on here is the equivalent of me saying, go to the shop and use the testers, or even go to the shop and ask for samples. lots of shops give sample pots, lush will, the body shop will, but the forum is a place where people are looking for instructions on how to get free stuff. if you cant see a problem with what you did, then that's fine. and for the record, skin problems are rooted in poor digestion, no matter what you rub on you face, the underlying cause will remain.
