Free samples Nealsyard

Hi,
I have sent an e-mail to this firm via 'contact us' saying that I have sensitive skin and was wondering which products would suit me best?
I was sent a nice e-mail back with the products they thought best and would send me 3 FREE sample bottles to try.

Excellent Result

  • It's not actulay a freebie, doing this is no better than stealing if you are not thinking of buying in the future.

you are gonna ruin it for people who are intrested.

Not for me, but i do buy Neal's Yard, products

The above is a bit harsh.

However, I do agree with the above. The people at Neal's Yard sent me a lovely email (like the OP, I have a whole host of skin problems!) and they've popped some samples in the post for me to test out, so I can see if I react to them or not. They're genuinely lovely people, so please don't abuse this offer. If you think you might buy from them in the future, by all means, drop them an email. But don't email for the sake of a quick freebie - I don't think they're the sort of company that could afford it en masse!
  • Yes, I agree. Don't abuse their good nature and wonderful offer of freebies.
  • Hi, :o
I honestly have sensitive skin and a friend told me to buy some of Nealsyard products that are currently available in John Lewis's.
I went into John Lewis purposely to purchase some of the products and the shop assistant advised me to contact Nealsyard directly as I was unsure what to buy.
I do agree the eduction team at Nealsyard are fantastic ! They were too pleased to help me.

I honestly never wanted this to be abused by freebie seekers only genuine people who suffer with sensitive skin .icon8.gif
After spending £££££ on other lotions and potions I might have found something that will suit my skin.

    Thankyou

I sincerely hope my post (and others) didn't upset you. I don't doubt that you have sensitive skin and posted in good faith. It's just that with certain freebies (e.g. Glutafin), it does need stressing that only people who genuinely need them should take a punt.

Thanks again for the original post - it really is helpful for people like me who are allergic to everything and anything and appreciate little samples to try out before committing to an expensive purchase!

Edited to say: I've just noticed you haven't posted all that much on MSE yet. Please don't let this put you off from continuing to contribute - it really was a great spot. :)
