My contract ends 07 Dec. We are paying 22.99 p.m. for 6gb and wired modem.

Phoned 1 month ago and was told I could retain same for 9.99 p.m. I would get a follow up letter stating so.

GUESS WHAT ?

No letter and another 22.99 out the bank.

How long before I need to use it can I apply for the migration code. Is it time limited ?

    you need to ask for it once you have finished your contract... so wait until December

    My BT deal is wireless, 8gb connection and ends this month. They are offering to renew the same package to me for £7.99 and another 12month contract. If you are reletively happy with BT i'd argue them down to a better deal.

    Thanks for replies. Managed to get it for 12.99 complete with new home hub. Not as good as some but £10 per month saved.
