Sanyo S750 Megapixel Camera Mobile Phone £39.99
Orange have the Sanyo S750 which has a megapixel camera, Bluetooth, and plays MP3s for only £39.99 delivered (plus you can get £5 back with Quidco). Oddly it's also in their reconditioned section at the same price so not sure whether this is a reconditioned phone or a misprice.

Don't buy this if you are looking to use the mp3 player much. You can only listen to songs 1 at a time. No playlists, random play etc etc0

There is a software upgrade mentioned on Sanyo's website (doesn't say what improvements have been made though)

Anyone have any experience of this phone? I quite fancy one, but I'm not sure from the reviews if its maybe a little on the bulky side. I'm not really interested in video calling, I'd be using it as a normal mobile and an mp3 player.0

Maybe they updated the software?
here is a quote from a review i found....
Music and Sound features
Like other 3G phones, Sanyo S103 / S750 comes with a digital music players. It supports mainly MP3 music. Users can use the inbox stereo handset or the built-in front speaker to listen to the music. Honestly I really don't like the music features. First of all, the player is too simple. It does not support playlist, shuffle mode or any equalizer. Unlike Nokia 6630 and SE Z1010, background playback is not possible, meaning that you cannot listen to your favourite songs while using other phone features. The most worst thing is the backlight cannot be turned off when music is playing. Actually, it cannot be acted as a digital player at all.
The volume of both built in speaker and stereo handset is not loud enough. It is not easy to listen to the news headline or even a song when you are using 3G browsing mode.
