KE Interest Arriving

Just received lost interest into KE account.

Might be worth logging into your KE account to check if your has arrives.

Needless to say I have taken it out like I did with my "lost" deposit when it arrived.

  • I haven't had mine yet  but I will wait over the weekend to see if it appears before making ructions.

    What rate did they pay?

Has anyone else not been paid yet?
Noobie (not so :D) trying to make loads a dosh - please bear with all my questions  Thanks :D

  • Ya mine hasn't turned up yet.
  • I've had monthly interest paid into my account this evening but it's occured to me it probably isn't the 'lost' interest. We're talking peanuts so I can't be bothered to work out if it's included or not. Can anyone actually confirm they have received the lost interest or have you all just received your normal monthly interest? Cheers me dears.

I did not move or attempt to move my money from KE when the !!!!!! hit the fan. My monthly interest was added to my account in the usual manner today. I think ING have done a sterling job of the take over. Well done ING, I shall continue to place my savings with you.

Please clarify the question. What do you mean by lost interest?
In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:
  • Interest is arriving in to the accounts that ING are now responsible for, but they have not cleared up the mess left by the takeover.

They took over the running of the accounts from Kaupthing Edge but failed to manage the "lost" transfers, in the transition. I don't think they have done anything other than blame everyone else for the problems they are now having.

When ING have sorted out the "lost" transfers, we will see how they plan to manage the new accounts they have:naughty:

Without wishing to appear confrontational I find most of the above post out of order.
ING have managed hundreds of thousands of transfers from KE without problem. There have been a few hundred that have not gone smoothly for reasons not widely known.
I for one have not seen ING "blame everyone else for the problems they are now having". Unless you work for ING/KE/FSCS or The Treasury I doubt that you have any idea of the scale of the task taken on by ING when the job was handed to them.
Before you ask - no, I do not work for ING/KE/FSCS or The Treasury. I am just an ordinary punter caught up in this and the Icesave mess.
My KE money was left untouched when it all went wrong and I am very, very happy with the service provided to me by ING.
  • Bah I can't even get on to the website now, I hope that is a temporay glitch
