Frozen arrow - help please.

Yes I did try unplugging it and replugging it in. It did unfreeze it but it's a bit difficult to do because of the location of computer. In a corner under the stairs.

I've never used the flying windows key , didn't know what it's for :rolleyes:

PS. I've now tried that "flying windows" thing and shut down the computer - wow. It's got to be safer than giving the machine a power cut. Thanks

Perhaps my cat had something to do with the other one dying
