have you any re-hydrating sachets you can try to sip? At least you'll get the liquid and the nutrients to stop you dehydrating for as long as you can keep it down.

It's strange how people are... some people chip a fingernail and dial 999 whereas others can be on their last gasp before they even consider phoning for a doc' for fear of upsetting their day (golf).
Hope you feel better soon Gemmzie. If you have an other half or kids, get them to pamper you a bit, if not get some friends round to care for you:EasterBun Sanity, Something I look forward to having :spam:

You're making me feel a) lazy b) tired c) guilty BB!
Mind you I blitzed our house yesterday before DD and her friends trashed it at our halloween party and I didn't sit down or stop ALL day. Got to take her to a birthday party this afternoon and then we are supposed to be going to see fireworks...in the rain probably!
Good thing is that its the 1st November and I managed to last without putting the heating on until today. Have to say its been soooo cold and the house just doesn't seem to warm up today.I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

don't feel guilty Sally - I haven't had a cleaning day in ..............erm........a long time! Most of my daily housework routine usually consists of put rubbish out, do washing up, washing and make bed!
Only the bathroom to do really (most hated job left until last again!). There are a few bits of clothing drying off but they will just be put back in the wardrobe and drawers as they dry.
Might even start on tomorrow's list.......'eat chocolate' looks like a good one to start with....... :rotfl:"Stay Wonky":D
