Likely, but so many people actually DO live like this *shudder* I get eggy when Mr Phirefly leaves the teatowel in the wrong place....
agreed- I was a social worker for a few years and saw some very squalid living conditions
Its my professional view that the chaos surrounding a person is the choas being played out in thier heads
people generally live like this because they simply feel they cannot control thier environments.
Ive seen a fair few people on KIm & Aggie who would definatley fall into this category
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Not as bad as the first one, but I would worry about who was living in the garden, and whether they had been using the house:

Incidentally, if you could get the price down a few thousand it would be a great buy in an established area.Been away for a while.0 -
And I thought a house I viewed last month was untidy........... Seriously though, it was pretty untidy. I know that the current market is difficult (understatement!) but the least you can do is to make sure the place is reasonably tidy.0

These are the best houses to buy. No competition from other eager buyers and you can get a great discount.
Give me one weekend and £300 and you wouldn't recognise the place.
