Rocky Road Marshmallow cake stuff!!

    I use 4 oz butter, 4oz marshmallows, 4oz toffees melted together then add 4-6 oz rice crispies

    Thanks for all the replies, I woke up this morning and just had to have some of these and I haven't even thougth about them for years, I tired with and without the toffees and they were both brilliant

    The diet starts again tomorrow!

    You can added grated orange skin and sesame seeds to the mix as well.

    I've seen somewhere you can replace the toffees with mar's bar, but can't find it at the moment
  • Not sure if this is right place, board ect. So big soz if wrong.

    I hav just made rocy road the one with digestives, marshmallows, cherrys ect but it has not set despite butter and choc?

    Its all just crumbly and horrible looking and im devastated!!

    Any ideas to glue in all together!!!

    Sounds like too much bits and not enough chocolate to me too.

    What method and quantities did you use? We might be able to advise you better? Sorry to hear it didn't work out:(. That's a shame. On the positive side, I'm sure it will still taste yummy! :D:T

    Oh, and to give a true OS answer, I'm sure it would be lovely covered with custard :D:rotfl:
