Zero Tension Mouse - anti RSI mouse

Been looking at a mouse to help with my RSI. Has anyone got any experience of the "Zero Tension Mouse". I think you can only get it imported from the States.
If not, any recommends for a good right handed RSI mouse would be helpful.
Thanks.

I now use a Logitech Trackman Wheel, which completely eliminated my neck problems, as no arm movement is needed to use it.
I don't think you can get it direct from the manufacturer anymore though, but I did find this site offering it

It's a US shop so not sure if they do actually have any in stock or how long it would take to ship to UK.
3M Ergonomic Mouse
Works brilliantly, took a day or so to get used to it, but I've never looked back.
Do you move the joystick around whilst the base stays still or move the whole thing with this?
