Complaining to Wilkinsons

Wnet to wilkinsons yesterday an 1 of the staff hit my little boy on the head with a basket of stuff she was carrying, she just said ohh sorry and walked off, i didn't see it at the time i was at the till and my lad was at the bottom of the till as i was walking out i noticed he was cryin.....hes not a screamer an is a very quiet cryer i asked him wot was wrong an he told me i went back in but she had dissapeared he's got a bump and a bit of a bruise under his hair tho so i can't take a good pic but who if any1 would i/should i complain to?

    It was an accident, and she apologised, given that it seemed an innocuous little bump no doubt.

    What are you looking for from Wilkinsons? And why do you think photos of the "injury" will help?
