I saw in boots, Loreal hairdye, i am sorry i dont remember the name of it (tried looking it up but to no avail) it comes with some sort of plastic Comb thingie (its a big comb not a little one) and it says on on the side of the box, if you dont like it to send them the recepit along with your reasons for not liking it and i believe upc to, but not sure.. Its one of the new ones i have seen on tv.

I got this in Boots today, there's a leaflet with the product on the stand giving details about the MBG offer. It's reduced by £5 at the moment plus you get a free gift with any purchase of the eye cream - a small makeup bag with a headband and 3 15ml samples of makeup remover/day cream/night cream!

please could someone advise me
I bought 1 pink tub and 1 white tub of vanish 2 for £6, label on both saying money back please look on their website. I cannot find any details of what to do. Also could I claim for both tubs back in the same envelope ie one till receipt.

found details but can I still claim for both tubs?
when I click on download form it still has claim ID: auto added when opening the form still on paper and no Id number is this right?

HI, i spoke to customer services and an online form is going live tomorrow morning, so thats what you need to use. Beware though, they only refund if it doesn't get your stain out, they have stipulations in the terms and conditions. i think you can only claim for one too!
