Yes, it does get updated - if you look, it currently says it was last updated on the 14/11, which is only 5 days ago.
I am only human and do it when I can. Most regular posters of this thread do check the last page aas well, but I do apologise if anyone feels they have missed an offer.
Dormouse, you do a fab job:T. Just ignore such rude people, don't see them offering to take over and do their bit.:mad:0 -
Just ignore such rude people
Since when did it become "rude" to ask a question?
They asked a question and got the appropriate answer - surely that's what a forum is for. If I called you a bullying misinterpreter, now that would be rude. Of course, I'd never dream of such a thing ...
You're right about Dormouse though:
probably the finest nocturnal rodent on the forum :A0 -

Nothing wrong with asking a question at all. It was the unpleasant and abrupt way it was asked that Dormouse and myself took exception to. There would be plenty of options for phrasing the question in a much more pleasant and friendly way (or indeed checking the information available which shows that only five days had passed since the first post was last updated), had the poster chosen to do so.
Feel free to call me a bullying misinterpreter if you so choose - I truly couldn't care less. :rotfl:0 -
Guys, thank you very much for all your comments and support, but can we just draw a line under this now, please? I don't want this to escalate into anything, and this thread is usually very pleasant and lovely, so let's keep it that way. :happyhear
Anyway, I deliberately came on to update the first post, so that's what I'm off to do.0 -
Hello,
I recently received my £1.50 cash back cheque from the Weedol Max but the cheque has my surname as Nelson instead of Newton.
There was nothing in the envelope with the cheque so was wondering if anyone has an address/e-mail noted down that I could contact?

Hi cmathews, not sure why you think I was being rude for asking a genuine question but I don't want to get into a slanging match with you so I'll leave it alone, lol!
Thank you for replying Dormouse, I was not implying that you were remiss I just couldn't see where the 1st page post indicated that it was being updated, I wasn't looking far enough down.
Also sorry for this being just chat but I thought I should reply as I had no intention of upsetting anyone or of being upset by others"Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

Sorry also as I was so pleased to find something that I could contribute with finally but will probably just go back to lurking again now.
My apologies again if anyone was upset."Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

This thread would be pretty useless without everyone's contributions, so please do not go back to lurking. Your pasta TMF find was great - well done - and we all appreciate it :T
Now, a change of subject (again) - has anyone else had an unexpected cheque from Oatibix recently? I claimed my money months ago, and I think I got all my cheques (not 100% sure though), but now got another cheque out of the blue?
Cashed it in anyway
