It was in with all of the leaflets which i normally throw out - glad I checked them this time! It's valid until the 31/12/09 and can be used in Sainsbury's and Somerfield and can be used for skimmed, semi-skimmed or whole milk.0

Hills Prescription Dog Food Try Me Free Offer.
Sorry in advance for the lengthy post, but this one involves two different offers:
One involves getting a Hills postcard from your vets and the other involves getting a Hills leaflet.
Last week I received a postcard from my vet with a special code so that I can claim back the cost of a 12kg (or larger) bag of Hills Prescription Diet J/D or Hills Prescription Diet J/D reduced calorie.
This is a specialist food for dogs with mobility problems and it is flipping expensive (£75 for a £14kg bag!) but obviously well worth doing if you have a dog that has arthritis etc.
Here is a link to the Hills Website but obvioulsy you would need to get a postcard from your vet to get a code: http://www.hillspet.co.uk/Adult/TryMe/claim.aspx
Looking at the website it also mentions other Prescription diets for dogs AND cats, so have a look at the drop down box on the website.
They also mention a Hills leaflet that enables you to get money back on smaller bags of Hills J/D or K/D dog/cat food but my vet just had the postcards.
I collected my bag today and the receptionist kindly gave me 2 more postcards for my mum & my sister who also have elderly dogs.:j
Basically you need to go online enter your code and print off a coupon, then return this to Hills with the receipt for the cost of the food and the barcode that you need to cut off the sack of food.
Says 2 claims allowed per household, offer expires 31/12/09 (for the postcard offer) or 31st January 2010 for the leaflet offer.
